when will i be able to sign into my account\ prepaird account, keeps telling me the server is done and i need to top-up my account.

I have the same issue that I noticed for the past 3 hours. When trying to access Self service, then choosing Prepaid : https://prepaidselfserve.koodomobile....
there's a message that says:
"We’re updating our systems.
You won’t be able to access our online services and our Reps won’t be able to access your account. But don’t worry, you can always ask our Koodo Community or check out Help if you need answers to general questions. We’ll be up and running again soon"

Thinking that the prepaid part of the site may be down for maintenance, I called *611 with my phone and rather than prompting me for my security PIN, it leads to a menu that gives different choices than usual. When I choose the prepaid option it ends with a message that "we are currently closed and doesn't say when the phone support reopens). I cannot access my Prepaid Self Serve account to redeem the top up voucher I just bought for the base plan renewal.

The good news is that access to my prepaid account from *611 is up and running and I was able to top up my account Saturday during the daytime. However checking https://prepaidselfserve.koodomobile.... again it still says Back Soon ...We’re updating our systems. ...
