Prepaid self serve not working

I'm not able to sign-on to prepaid self serve since yesterday.  Is the server down?

Koodo has been working on unexpected interruptions in the prepaid self serve. If it's not letting you in just give it some time and try again a little later. For any concerns that need immediate attention feel free to give customer service a call (*611 from your Koodo phone or 1-866-995-6636)

Since self serve is having issues, you will not be charged for this call.

Are you getting some kind of error message? If yes, what is it?

I'm trying to log into my prepaid account and it takes forever (5+ minutes) trying to load.  I think on a previous attempt I got "this page can not displayed".  I'm not having any problems with any other web sites.


After 10 minutes I got "this page can't be displayed".

Hi Bernard, this is what I'm getting.

"Your email hasn't been validated.  Check your inbox or click here to re-send the link.  Without a valid email, Koodo won't be able to contact you and you can't reset your Self Serve password if you forget it."

Hi again Bernard, I just received an email from Koodo (that went into my junk file marked as phishing) that says in essence you've completed the first step of registering, click on this link to continue. Nothing happens. Prepaid account for several months now.

I've been trying to log in since yesterday evening.  Takes several minutes just to load the
"Login to Prepaid Self Serve" screen.  Still can't log in, though.

I'm guessing that the Postpaid customers don't run into this regular problem?

This isn't a regular problem for pre or postpaid customers. However the prepaid system has been going through a lot of maintenance and upgrades recently

Even when I can log in normally, it's always slow.

I finally got logged on.  Now I get the following message:

Trying to get to other areas within the site.  Very, very slow ...
