I need help ! When i dial *611 it says that i have 80$ in my account, but i just got a text message saying i don't have enough credit in my account to pay my 25$ for this month. I don't know what to do

You will have to call Koodo (*611) and talk to a rep about your account

I tried but it asked for a 4 number code and well i have no clue what they are talking about

Just call and press 0 until you get a live person

These are their hours so it seems like they are closed for the day
