Today I bought a Koodo sim card. I paid $70 and $10.5 for the tax, but the salesclerk didn't give me the receipt. Since I am new here, I didn't know she should give me the receipt!!! So now I do not have the pin number, what can I do?
They should be able to reprint the receipt or get the pin # possibly from channel care? Go back to the kiosk and explain the situation. If nothing can be done, call into customer service and see what your options are.
