Can someone explain why when I originally signed up for prepaid my plan started on the 24th of the month.  Every month it seems I loose days, I understand it will flex because of uneven months (30 days vs 31) etc, but  I just got notice my plan expired yesterday the 12th and I just checked my bank statement and the last time I paid online was the 15th of last month....please explain

Prepaid is not monthly.  It is every 30 days

When did you start your plan?
The 24th of what month and year?

It has been over a year for sure and I believe it would have been August

1 year has 12 months or 365 days
30 days x Billing cycles = 360 days.  This would mean a 5 day off set in 1 year.
You mentioned August 2016 was when you first signed up (assuming you always paid on time) I would expect a 7-8 days lost due to the 30 day cycle.

If you look back on your past payments, are you getting less than 30 days per billing period?

Just looking at last months was paid out on the 15th

Also no text notification reminder
Only received it today when usually they are good about sending a reminder at least a few days in advance

Pauline - I can try taking a look to see if I notice any discrepancies, but I can't pull up an account matching the email address you've used here. I do see an account matching your name. Can you confirm the last 2 digits of your phone number (and also, confirm that the account is under your name?)
