Prepaid app won't register me & my phone

I've just downloaded the koodo app on to my cell phone that has new prepaid koodo service. I've gone to the prepaid link but it won't accept my password. Any solutions?

PROBLEM SOLVED:  I"ve just figured out the problem.  When typing in my email address, some spaces were inadvertently added.  I've removed those spaces and it now works. My registration has been accepted.

Koodo has a prepaid app? We've been asking for one for years...

Yes - the app title in the app store says it's not for prepaid accounts but I thought I'd try it anyway and it does work for pre-paid accounts.  There's a special section to go to that's clearly marked, once you are in the app.  As noted, my problem in signing up was a minor technical problem with how I wrote my email.  It  now shows all the same information on my phone as it does in the personalized Self Serve section on the website.   I noticed the years of complaints about not having one - I'm lucky I just signed up after it was put in place, apparently.  Brian

Good to know - thanks. I currently use a Windows phone so there is no app, but I'll keep this in mind the next time I change phones.

Another note about this.  While the app did work the first 2 or 3 times I tried it as noted above, it has since stopped working.  It says my email and password are wrong.  I emailed Koodo support and they emailed back that it is not meant for pre-paid and a pre-paid version is being developed and should come soon.  Seems strange to me if the only problem is the log-in.  But that's where it now stands. I can't get access to my prepaid self serve account through the app.
