Prepaid activation problem

Hi,

Here is one the best community on the web because everybody tries to help others.

 I have one problem and some questions .I am a monthly customer but I have activated three sim cards for my friends and family (So I know how to activate a sim  or may be not !). Activation stops at step 3, I cannot choose base plan so the “Continue” button (showed in the photo) won’t work. I have tried with different browsers (Firefox,Google Chrome,IE) , cleaned cache and cookies with different laptop but no luck!. Every time I try, one of the  phone numbers  which I choose  disappears (In spite of not completed process).It seems the system designate that  number for my Sim card on that try and omit it in the next try(So far I ruined 6 numbers!).

My next question is about linking and combining three or four numbers to one account .Every time I activate a Sim card have to give a different email , for charging them I have to log in three different accounts. Is there a way to gather all prepaid phone numbers in one account?

Hmm. I'm not sure on this one, as I haven't really dealt with prepaid. I'd rather give you no answer than the wrong answer, so I'll leave it to someone with more experience with prepaid activation to chime in.

Unfortunately, you cannot link or combine multiple numbers into one prepaid account. It's one of the limitations of subscribing to prepaid. Since you're a monthly customer, you should be able to add additional lines for your family members. As for your friends, it's probably best to let them manage their own prepaid accounts.

There is only one number and email address per prepaid account. They can't be combined. Prepaid SIM can only be used on one account as well.

You are not the first person to report inability to "continue" when setting up your account on line, either in phone numbers not showing up or base-plan not able to be selected.

I would send a private message on Facebook or Twitter (use either of the icons at the bottom of this page) and see if there is some redress possible for your burnt SIMS if necessary.

I contacted them in Facebook & Twitter . They referred me  to Koodo customer service which activation costs $15! 
Did they charge you for activating Sim card when there is a problem in the site?

I have never heard about this.
Their site didn't work. They shouldn't charge you for activation.

Are you sure that $15 for activation?  Isn't it for base plan?
Can you login to self serve now?  Can you check your transaction history?
