I paid for prepaid base plan and boosters for Minutes & Data at Koodo kiosk; now it is asking me to pay again when I am trying to activate my account.
I didn't have an account, and paid for the base plan and boosters at the kiosk. I called them and they told me I would be able to enter the PIN numbers from the receipts, but no where did I see a place to do that. So now I have paid twice. Where did I go wrong and how can I get a refund?
The "contact us" info is next to useless in this case. I managed to apply my vouchers, although all went to the base plan, instead of two out of three being applied to boosters. I have cancelled automatic top up as I want this credit balance to be used first for the base plan monthly renewals. I am assuming that is what will happen....that the next monthly renewal will come out of the credit balance on this account.
