Prepaid account not accessible after activation in the store.

I am a prepaid customer with Koodo and recently wanted to buy a second prepaid card for usage when people are visiting me in Canada. I went to a store and they set the the prepaid card up for me. That was a mistake. I gave them the same email address that I am using to manage my current account and now I cannot access the new prepaid account online. It tells me that the sim card is either invalid or already activated but I cannot access the self serve. This is not a mistake on my end so I do not want to spend the $5 for talking to a rep on the phone. I went back to another store today and asked if they can help me but they were not cooperative.

Please help!

Give Koodo a call. There are no fees for issues you cannot address online yourself. You will need a second email address, as each prepaid account is assumed independent. Simplest email address might be an alias on your current email, so any messages come to your current email box.

Let us know who your email provider is if you need help creating an alias, as the process differs between providers.
