Prepaid account deactivated

Hey,
So i haven't been in the country for the past three months, and i completely forgot to top up, and seems like my account has been deactivated. Is there any way to get it active again. I cant top up as I have been unable to log in. I have a prepaid account

Unfortunately after 90 days of non use prepaid accounts are closed and can not be reactivated. You'll have to open a new account just like you did the first time and choose a new available number.

Chances are that you won't get the same number no, you can call but you will be charged for the set up if you can do it online.
So just to clear up, I can call Koodo, and with my existing sim card, i can avail a new number?

No sorry you will need to purchase a new SIM Card as they're not transferable from accounts and once deactivated by Koodo (account closed) they are useless.

Thats really sad news :( 
Since i'm not in the country, i guess it'll be hard to get a new sim / number quickly.

You may be able to find a SIM on eBay.ca then do your new account set-up on-line. The good news is that, as a new account, you will be eligible for $20 credit for a new activation.
