There is no $60 Prepaid plan.

Basically, you need a Talk Booster to make/receive calls on the Prepaid plan.
But with $35 plan, they give you "Unlimited Canada-wide Incoming Calls" and "Unlimited Evenings & Weekends Calling"
Then if you get $50 plan, they give you Unlimited Canada-wide anytime Calls.

You should get a new keyboard. The caps lock key seems to be broken on yours.

Koodo prepaid does not offer a $60 plan, so I assume you are referencing the $50 prepaid plan.
The reason the $35 plan only includes incoming calls and the $50 plan also includes outgoing calls is because Koodo decided to build their plans that way. Presumably, different folks make different choices. Most of the folks purchasing pre-paid plans seem to be low volume users of telecommunications services, and these plans meet this need.
