preauthorized before billing date

Last payment date : January 14, 2013
1 days until your next bill (due Feb 14)

Your next bill starts: January 18, 2013

It looks like I pay 4 days before my usage is reset.
Shouldn't preauthorized payments be on my billing date?

No, the due date is approximately 27 days or so after your billing date and so when your new bill comes out your balance is at $0 in time because even some who aren't on pre-authorized billing need a up to 5 business days to process their payments

The billing date is when the next bill posts to the account. Your bill will be due 5 days before this to ensure that all payments have time to clear before the next bill is generated. (If the due date falls on a weekend or holiday it will be moved to the next business day).

Hey James, Ahmad and Timo are correct. The bill due date is always 5 days(or in some cases, 3 days) before the end of your billing cycle so your preauthorized payments will come out on the bill due date.
