I have a chequing account with PC Financial and when I tried setting up Pre-authorized payments it didn't let me enter all 5 digits of the transit number into the field...Do you not accept PC financial chequing accounts? If I send in a void cheque and the PAP form will you guys be able to set it up with PC financial? It let me hit Save or Confirm or whatever the button said but I don't know if it's actually set up with my bank account. Thanks in advance

Could you have accidentally added a space in place of a digit?

All banks in Canada have a 5 digit transit number. Are you sure you have not confused the institution number and transit number fields?  Else try without the leading zero.
