Pre owned iPhone return policy

I purchased a preowned/refurbished iPhone 6 online about two weeks ago. It has some issue though...

- it gets really hot when charging and if I’m just on it for more than 10 minutes

- it charges very slowly, like a % every 3+ minutes, and this is with the charger that came with it.

- the battery drains so quickly, from 100% to dead in only a couple hours, I’ve changed all the settings to preserve power and still no good

- its soooooooo slow (like dial up internet slow) and glitches and freezes all the time, my iPhone 5 was better. And this is at different wifi locations including my parents who have the highest internet speed for online gaming. Even typing this is ridiculous, I’m about 10 words ahead of what is showing up on here.

So my question is, because it’s preowned/refurbished can I exchange it for a different one and no charge ?

If it is within 15 days, return it right away!!!!

If it is after 15 days then you have a 6 month warranty

Go return it right away.

Bring the box plus all accessories.

Otherwise you will be stuck with this phone and have to go through warranty repair
Warranty it is, if they can even fix it. Don’t have the box anymore :/ I like to throw important stuff out and keep garbage ! Lol

Thank though!

@Samantha: If you don't want to go through the path of return, and choose to go to warranty, you could visit an Apple store. They could help you to check/repace your iPhone.

Yea unfortunately you cant do a return without the original packaging.
"Return your phone in its original condition to the place you bought it from, including all original packaging, parts, and a copy of your receipt."

I can't say for sure that 15 days also applies to refurbs. When you say about two weeks, exactly how many days? You do still have a one year warranty so even in you cannot exchange an take it in for repair.
How do they repair that? It’s not physical damage , I think the phone is just a dud, can they put a new battery in and make it faster? I’m like anti tech so I have nooooo idea

It's hard to say.  They will have to test and open it up.

If they can't fix it or its more expensive to fix than replace it they'll replace it. One way or another you'll get a working phone.
