Pre-authorized payments not coming out

Hi There, I signed up for pre-authorized payments in November and the pre-authorized payments have yet to be taken. I waited the required "15 days past the billing date" to check for this month's but still a no-go. What's going on? Last month's bill ended up being past due because of this issue and I don't want that to happen again. Thanks!

And can you confirm that nothing has been taken from your account or credit card?

If so there might have been a typo when entering your pre-auth info.  Try to change it and re-enter your info again

Hi Dennis.  Yes I did.  The credit card info is correct and nothing is showing on my online visa statement.  Last month I re-entered the information to ensure it was correct.

Hi Brenda - I'm seeing that your card was actually added for pre-authorized payment on Dec. 12. It usually requires a full bill cycle to take effect, so your next payment should be automatically withdrawn from the card on file. If you still run into any issues, let us know.
