I'm wondering why I was not contacted when my pre-authorized payment could not be made to my credit card on file? It was a bit of a shock when my latest payment text arrived with a payment double what I was expecting. My previous card was compromised and cancelled by master card. In the chaos, I forgot to change my Koodo info, however, I would have thought I may have received a text stating my payment couldn't be made. I have since changed my card info and paid my outstanding balance.
