Pre-Authorized payment

Hi Koodo.
I'm a new costumer at Kodoo, and I faxed in my papers for pre-authorized payment. I was just wondering if I had to do anything further? Where can I see if you accepted the Pre-Authorized payment method for my account?

Where did you fax to? I don't think you can set it up by faxing them a papers...
You can set it up through self serve.
Self serve > Billing > Set up Pre-Authorized payment and follow instruction

Note that for your current bill you will still need to pay manually even if your pre-auth got accepted (its takes a full cycle to come into effect)

Afterwards, once pre-auth is in effect you can go to the Path Mayumi said above and it will say:

I would still pay your bill manually until a full billing cycle has past
