Pre- Authorization Not Working

Is anyone else having issues where your payment is not being deducted automatically?

Since signing up back in March from Public Mobile, I was granted $100 bill credit which almost covered three months. But I did pay manually in May for my April bill which was under $1. So now my May bill was issued on May 17, and since then, the system has not taken the money out.

FYI: I signed up for pre-authorization on the day I signed up which was like mid or March 2018. I always checked my self serve and it has always been enabled with the right information.

 A bill that was issued on the 17th will usually be paid on the 4th of each month with pre authorized payments. Give it a day or two.

hi MoFromTo2018,Your bill is issued on May17, but when is your due date? Normally money would be taken around that date.

When you have pre authorized payments set up the money is taken out 15 days from your billing date.

Uhm, oh. The last time I setup a pre-authorized payment, it wasn't there.  So you were right, Mats. 15days it is.

@MoFromTo2018: I would check again around June10, and see if the payment goes through. If you don't see it, you would have to check in with Koodo to make an inquiry about the setup.
