posted payment - not received on koodo - where is my money?

I have a confirmed bill payment via my bank to Koodo on February 26th 2016 (have called and nothing done) my Koodo account shows no payment - I have emailed koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com also - - - please respond

If this is a regular bill payment, email to the web store will not address it.  You can call #227 from your phone or connect with Koodo by Private message on their Facebook Page or DM on their Twitter page.
