Positive Tab question

Hi guys
My last bill indicated that I had a positive tab of $10.23. However, I still had a tab charge of 5$. Shouldn't that charge have been removed two months ago when I got a positive tab?

Yes, absolutely Anna-Lisa. Wait till the next bill and see if the $5 is reimbursed, if not, you should call Koodo and have them look into it :)
