Positive Tab Balance Application

I purchased a new phone in store and my positive tab balance of $80 was not applied. I'm trying to figure out the rules of application.  Does the tab balance only apply to online purchases?  Or were all positive tabs increased to $150 if the purchase was made online?

Hey Leanne - I'm seeing that you had a positive tab just shy of $80. This should have been applied towards your purchase yesterday, but for some reason wasn't. The best way to get this sorted would be to go back to the store and have them correct this and apply the credit towards your purchase amount.

With regards to the top-up to $150 - that option is only available with online purchase through the Koodo website.
Hope that helps - let us know if you have other questions.

I have a $150.00 tab credit, but when I try to upgrade online, there is no place to apply the credit. Is there some trick to actually using this credit?

When you add the phone to your cart and are looking at the checkout window you should see the credit applied.

No, there is no where to apply the credit. Just asks for my credit card info for the full amount.

Ok, I figured it out. Although it doesn't show the application of the credit, the price online on my Koodo self serve page is actually $150 less than if I were a new customer. Had to check the prices without logging in to see this though.
