I have 3 lines of old Public Mobile plans known as Legacy Plan($25 talk and text). Recently,  Public Mobile asked those clients to switch to Koodo as they close their call center. I know that Koodo honors those plans. I got also unconfirmed information that Koodo gives these clients 250MB monthly.

I wonder if any official rep of Koodo could confirm this. What would be the right way to port these lines. Any details is certainly helpful. I live in Montreal.

(Note: I am not a Koodo rep but as one hasn't answered yet I'll provide you with some information to hold you over and that might answer your questions)

You need to visit your closest Koodo store in order to port your numbers over and get this deal.
From what I understand, as you didnt previously have data on your plan you will not be eligible for the 250MB data add on.

You can find some other useful information about the switch here:

Hi Able - the migration offer is available to any phone number that received the offer. If all 3 of your lines received this offer, they would all be eligible.
Take a look at the link Allan shared above from the PM community forum. That should help answer most of your questions about the offer. The activation can only be done at the store mentioned in the message you would have received. Also, a 250mb add-on is not part of this offer; it only includes the ability to keep the same base plan and features you're getting right now with PM - not applicable to any add-ons.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
