I just received a text today from Koodo extending the offer on the $40/6GB plan for Public Mobile customers. My intent is to sign up for the Koodo offer online. However, the website is indicating that it could take a minimum of 10 business days to process the order. With that being said, I am expecting it could be as much as three weeks before I receive the sim card in the mail. My current Public Mobile plan goes for another 2 months so I should continue to have service with them, but part of the offer is also a $100 account credit. Can a moderator confirm that I would not lose the credit if it take three weeks before my new Koodo account is active? Thanks.
