Porting number

I am trying to port my number via self serve, but I get an error message “Your phone number is in the process of being transferred - it is not possible to change your phone number at this time.” I didn’t get the option to enter the details of number to be ported in. Please advise.

You need to call customer service to port your number unfortunately. Keep in mind your account with whoever your with now must be activate and be able to receive a call as customer service needs to be able to call you to make sure it's your number they're going to transfer.
