Porting number in

Trying to port an active bell post paid number to koodo postpaid account. Not working. Says "The number entered is not eligible for the following reason:
We are experiencing difficulties in processing your transfer request. If you need help, please call PAC at 844-232-7678. (RC E5)
Please check your number and try again." any reason why?? Thanks.

Have you called the number?  The answer is most likely only available from the folks at the end of that line!

No I didn't. I thought I'd check by here. Isn't that number for koodo customer service or its a different number ^

Nope, that's the number for the Telus porting center I believe.
