When you see if its able to move at site below, is it giving you a reason why it cant be ported to Koodo?

No, this number isn't eligible to move to Koodo Mobile because we do not currently provide service in the customer's local calling area.
Thats all it tells me.

Who is your current provider? The only thing I could find on why you cant move the number is because of the response by rolandh about half way down this thread.

You could always contact Koodo for confirmation to see if you would be able to use your number with their service.

@Bud21 Can: Koodo and Virgin is actually using the same network (Bell&Telus). If Virgin works in your area, Koodo should. Where did you see the text saying "Koodo Mobile because we do not currently provide service in the customer's local calling area" ?

I would suggest you check with Koodo directly. You could send message to their facebook https://www.facebook.com/Koodo  and ask an agent there to check. Koodo checking tool has not always been correct. I recalled the old day where they had the IMEI compatibility checking tool, that could reported things differently.
