I can't seem to figure out how to port my old number to my new Koodo plan. Everything I read says I can do it through self serve, but I'm not seeing it in there

Hey Reuben,

Glad to hear you're looking to make the switch!

If you've already got an account, you can log into your Self Serve to change your number. There you'll be given two options; the first is to pick from an available Koodo number (which you don't want) and the second is to transfer an existing number to Koodo. (THIS is the droid option you're looking for.)

If you don't already have an account, your best bet would be to visit a Koodo store to start up, they can port your number during the activation.

Hey Curtis

I got an account set up yesterday, and got a sim card then too. they also gave me a koodo number.

My problem is that when I log into self serve, I don't get any option to change my number. All I get is the change my email, password, and change the security question. I appreciate the link, but I read through it all last night. Nothing in there about my issue, unless I missed it, which is prossible.

Looks like you got set up as account manager and not account owner. Just call Koodo and they can fix your self serve for you
