The community moderator provided the following reason for archiving:
I have ported my landline to Koodo, I received the text saying the porting was complete .. but it appears my incoming calls are going thru cellphone .. but my outgoing calls are going through the landline still. Does it take longer for the previous carrier to drop the service ?
All my incoming calls are cellphone .. out going still on landline ...it has been 3 days .. called koodo and they said it was done successfully ... I just don't want to be billed by Koodo and my landline provider ... not sure why it works one way but not the other ?
