Through self-serve, I transferred my 3 year old number from textnow to koodo. It was completed within a minute and my phone reads my number (this was 2 days ago). I am able to call and send text messages to any phone number. I am unable to receive text messages from numbers registered with networks other than Telus and Koodo. I am not able to receive phone calls. I called customer service and I have only been told to wait basically... Has anyone had this problem before? My number is one of a kind and it is very valuable to me. Thanks.

You probably need to poke Iristel. It can take 3 - 5 days for a port to come through from other than another cellular company. Cell phone ports are fastest, followed by landline ports, and VoIP ports are slowest.
