I took advantage of the promo offer to switch to Koodo.

I got my sim chip today, I made an account online for koodo self serve. It's asking for my account number.

There are several eight digit numbers on the waybill that was inside my envelope. None of them seem to be the account number.

Do you have anything on paper where it shows the temporary number that Koodo assigns you? If not I would say you dont have an account yet.
Nope. No temporary number inside the envelope, nor on the email saying that they were shipping me my sim chip...

Did you try putting in your phone number as the account number?

There should be a separate email sent you with your account information, and a link to validate your account. However, now that you have tried to create an account outside this procedure, you will need to contact Koodo so that can remove the duplicate account, and send you the needed information to allow you to access self-serve.

Hi Antonio,
What are you trying to do that you need Koodo account number?
The account number should be in the mail, when you activated your Koodo account. I would check your service agreement documents.

David has it bang-on Antonio - the first time a Self Serve profile is created, it must be done following the link sent in the email from Koodo. Since you went directly to the the website, it created a conflicting profile - which I've tried to detach and reset.

I just tried sending you a new set-up email to your gmail account. Mind checking to see that you received it, and follow the steps to create your profile?
Thanks @ranjan. I was just following the pamphlet that told me to make a self serve account, it hadn't occurred to me that there was going to be a link after the sim chip was shipped to me.
