Porting

Hi, I ported my number to koodo last night, and incoming calls are not coming through. Saying my number is not assigned. Outgoing and data both work ok. Old account from Fido was active at the moment I ported, but not working anymore now.

Tried restarting phone a few times already, no luck

Wireless number ports usually complete within a few hours. If incoming calls are not working, you'll need to contact koodo so they can have their porting department check the status. Once you get through, generally they can resolve the issue within a few minutes. The full port might take a short time to fully complete once they receive confirmation that it has been accepted though.
