Ported Number, now have 2 tab balances (but only 1 new phone from Koodo)

So I ported a number over to Koodo, and ordered a phone on-line. Now I have two $300+ tab balances (temporary phone number and ported phone number), and two tab charges on my bill... and the tab balances for the temp number and ported number do not match. How do I get back to one tab, and get my tab contributions credited.

When did you port to Koodo? and where did you see it? was that Tab balance on your first bill? Normally the system would have to reconcile itself. If that amount was on your first bill, then you need to contact koodo directly and ask someone to look into it.

If you check your next bill your tab should be corrected with credit given for both tab amounts paid
