Ported from SpeakOut but unable to receive incoming calls

I ported my number from SpeakOut on self-serve over 24 hours ago. Koodo updated my phone number on the account. I'm able to make outgoing calls and texts but I cannot receive incoming ones. I'd like to know if something went wrong with the porting as it was only half done.

Tried to contact koodo customer service but I've been on hold for forever and can't get a hold of someone. Please help!

Hi Kristen, have you tried rebooting your phone, also ports can take up to 2 days so be mindful of that.

Yup, rebooted but it's the same. When I call into the number, it goes to voicemail that has not been setup. I'm guessing it's still the old SpeakOut service

Do you have an old phone with speakout? If so make sure you power it off and then turn your Koodo phone off and take out the SIM and then put it back in and turn it on again.
How long ago did you perform the port?

I ported 24 hours ago.

I was able to contact customer service finally and there's a glitch with SpeakOut's system so it's getting fixed now.
