Hello,
I ported from public mobile almost a month ago to the $45 4gb data unlimited text and call, but realized just now that the data is not part of the plan, I received the email with this and continued with the process. Initially, I thought the partial month only included 100mb of data so I waited until the next billing cycle for the 4gbs. Now that my new billing cycle started, I realized that my plan actually didnt include the 4gb data and my $100 per month billing credit never applied. What should my next steps be to get back to my desired plan?
Thank you!!

hi Max,

-  That amount of $100 was for people from $120 12GB/90days of public mobile. So you were from another plan, and I saw the -$25 credit/months for 4month. You will receive 25x4=$100 in the next 4 months.

- What do you meant by "the data is not of the plan". Your plan includes 4GB of data. Have you checked your selfserve? what did you see there?. If you had the confirmation email, but didn't see the 4GB, then you need to contact Koodo directly to fix it. I would send message to Koodo facebook or call 611 from your handset.

Edited: Just double checked your posted invoice and saw the credit, so you were on a different PM migration plan ($25x4)

Hi Dinh, thanks for the quick reply. Yes I understand where my 25 bill credit came from but it was not applied for the following billing cycle as I see that I have to pay the full 45 dollars for next month. And as the the 4gbs data, I checked selfserve and see that I currently have pay-per-use data as supposed to the 4gb datas as seen in the email. Thank you for the advice, I just sent a message to Koodo on facebook requesting further inquiries.

Normally the credit should be in the 1st or 2nd bill (if the 1st cycle was too short, I believe). As you already initiated contact with Koodo, I would suggest you also ask them for confirmation when they fix your 4GB issue.
