I ported from public mobile almost a month ago to the $45 4gb data unlimited text and call, but realized just now that the data is not part of the plan, I received the email with this and continued with the process. Initially, I thought the partial month only included 100mb of data so I waited until the next billing cycle for the 4gbs. Now that my new billing cycle started, I realized that my plan actually didnt include the 4gb data and my $100 per month billing credit never applied. What should my next steps be to get back to my desired plan?
