Port in my number to kood prepaid from Chatr did'nt complete but chatr shows as no service

I activated a new Koodo prepaid connection yesterday and gave my chatr wireless number  to port in.
Customer care representative confirmed that my chatr number will be ported out in 3 hours. My chatr number shows as no service but I am still having the koodo temporary number.

Please help.

There are sometimes delays in the porting process. If not complete by the end of the day, it would be reasonable to confirm with Koodo that there has not been a problem with the process.
