Hello, I just switched from public mobile to Koodo, my public mobile bill was paid until March 15th, at the kiosk I was told I would not be charged by Koodo until that was complete; however I now have a bill for Feb 10th to March 13th. This shouldn't be the case. Can you please advise and fix. I am now being double charged for the month of feb to march.

Hi Randy - the offer you received allowed you to keep your same rate plan, and get $100 in bill credits over 4 months ($25/mth). The credit helps offset any balance you may have had remaining on your Public account, but we do not actually carry over any outstanding amount you had. I don't see how/why a rep would have told you that you wouldn't have to pay until your credit was depleted.. but you do have until Mar. 8 to pay your first bill, which I can confirm does include your first bill credit. You can review your bill yourself here

It will be paid out monthly. I called, but I got the transfer from the kiosk in promenade

@Randy.

So you received your public mobile balance and also received the $100 credit?

 This is contradiction to what Ranjan said so just trying to confirm.

Yes, just make sure you ask about the balance with public before you trf over that would of saved me a lot of time. The 100 credit is to help offset the different discounts we were getting with public, not to double dip on fees.
