Existing account with credit balance, yet I cannot use my phone as the SIM card I just bought won't work/can't register it
That is a part of my problem...I can't call! The lady at the Koodo store who sold me the SIM card should have provided instructions as to how to activate it. She only said I needed the internet to do it and she couldn't do it at the store. I got home with this new SIM card (thank God my internet provider is separate from Koodo!) And after HOURS of trying I still cannot get it to work.
