Did you change the old SIM card for the new one on sefl-serve?

@Judy, indeed you have a credit and your account is up and running. You say you bought a new SIM. What was the reason for that? Did the old one break? A new sim would have to be registered before it can be used. We can help you with that when you give us a call.

That is a part of my problem...I can't call! The lady at the Koodo store who sold me the SIM card should have provided instructions as to how to activate it. She only said I needed the internet to do it and she couldn't do it at the store. I got home with this new SIM card (thank God my internet provider is separate from Koodo!) And after HOURS of trying I still cannot get it to work.

The process for updating a SIM has recently changed, due fraudulent behaviour of some individuals. You will need to contact Koodo to get it updated. You can do this through Facebook Private Message, Twitter DM, or by calling. If you have no access to a phone, possibly using Skype on your computer is an option.
