PM 12GB/$120 to KOODO Promo Transferred to Incorrect Plan

I decided to switch from PM 120$ for 12gb plan using the GOKOODO406GB plan, however when I check my self serve it has me on a $28 plan which isn't what I originally signed up for.

How can I get this fixed? My order confirmation indicates that it should have been on the 40 for 6gb plan.

You'll need to call customer service or send a message to their FB page where they can verify your account and verify your order confirmation number with your account.

Hi Andrew.
I would call this number 1-844-566-3697 and give them your order number and quote them the code you mentioned.
I did the whole transfer last week after receiving my SIM card in the mail and my account is showing the $40/6 gig plan.
