Please try to figure out from a zero balance at the end of June. Add all that is due and all that is paid and see if this works out for you.

I am having problems with my bill. My daughter andI share the same account and as of now we have paid
$464.59 since July. The total billed was $464.07. We are getting a credit for some roaming charges because we weren't in the states. Apart from our current charges how can money be past due. I don't understand :(

This is a public forum. Nobody here can see your account or view your bill. Based on the information you posted here, there is no past due. If Koodo's systems show a past due balance then it is clear that their records do not agree with yours. Based on personal experience, I'd wager that it is your records and not theirs which are incorrect. The orly way you will get an answer to your qquestion that is more than a guess would be to call Koodo, or to email them at the following link: .

I agree with this, have you double checked your account number to make sure you're paying into the correct one? Sometimes typos happen and this could be an unfortunate case of paying into the wrong account.
