Ok so after reaching a rep that couldn't speak english very well when I called CS I hope someone can help answer my question.

Basically I set up another phone on my account Feb 6, 2013. I already recieved my first months bill and paid it. During the last week of Feb I changed my plan to the $60 plan. I know I will be prorated until my next bill. So I'm well aware I will pay the proration plus a months ahead. But the rep on the phone confused me because she said I'll also be prorated for the old plan before I changed to this new one.

She said it would be something like this:

Canada Wide $60 (prorated for the days until my next bill)
Canada Wide $60 (for the month in advanced)
Canada Wide $45 (for the days I used before I switched)

So my question is will I have to pay again because I already paid for this whole billing cycle ? Sorry if Im confusing anyone

They will prorate the old plan and the new plan to make the month in which you changed. how you have it written is exactly right. for the days you had the old plan it will be $45 divided by 30 days =$1.50 times the # of days you had the old plan. Then $60 divided by 30 days =$2.00 times the # of days you had the new plan for that month.

so you'll pay 50 cents extra for the # of days you had the new plan for that month. so at the most you'll be paying $3.50 extra from the $45 plan, that would be for 7 days of the new plan. The $3.50 would be your probation charge.

You will be refunded for the portion of the old plan you didn't use this month, meaning that you are paying for the portion of the month you used. You paid this amount on the previous month's bill.
