I have a blackberry with another carrier, and I want to switch to koodo prepaid. With koodo prepaid do you need to pay month by month? Or can you top up with vouchers, also will the add-ons work with Prepaid?

With Koodo prepaid, you top-up with vouchers or via credit card payment, etc. All plans and "boosters" (which are add-ons) that you can get with prepaid are listed here: http://koodomobile.com/en/on/plansand...

The "Monthly Add-ons" are only available for monthly customers (who receive a bill)

to add to what Ahmad said, you do need to pick a base plan and those plans do expire after 30 days so you would need to top up once a month to keep your service active.

also older BlackBerry (not the z10) isn't fully supported on Koodo prepaid so your BlackBerry may not have all its features. (data, bbm, picture messaging) on a prepaid account

And to add to what Chad said, "Boosters" DON'T expire as long as you keep renewing your base plan every month (so make sure you have enough for your base plan each month). So if you had the $15 text base plan and the $25 Booster for 500 talk minutes, as long as top up every month and keep your base plan activate, the 500 talk minutes will not expire until you have used them all. Other providers' add-ons expire after 30 days so this is a very good advantage!

Data will not work on a BlackBerry that's on prepaid, expect for the Z10.
