Recently I changed my email address, and to my greatest surprise this is impossible in Prepaid self-service! Is that an oversight or is there a reason for that? I can change everything else... and felt silly having to contact Koodo for such a basic feature.
Might as well use this thread because the two seem related... My email address was changed by Koodo about 2 weeks ago, and it works fine logging in etc... but it still shows my old address under "profile". I think something is a bit broken :)
