Hello JC.

This is odd. Did you follow this exact procedure? If you did, then you should've gotten the credit.

Here's how it works:
  1. Log in to the referral system, koodomobile.com/refer, and send referrals to your friends and family (your referrals).
  2. Your referrals need to enter their name and email address into the referral system before activating.
  3. Your referrals then buy and activate a phone or SIM card.
  4. After activation, your referrals need to go to the referral system and enter their new Koodo phone number.
  5. Within four weeks of the time your referrals return to the referral system to enter their new Koodo phone number, a bill credit will be applied to both your account and your referral's account.

Hey JC - we don't like bothering anyone that doesn't want to hear from us. If you don't want to receive any promotional emails from us in the future, there is an 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the email.

With regards to your past referrals, I'm curious to know why you weren't able to redeem the credits. Did you go through the formal process of registering, generating your referral code, sharing it with your friends to redeem, and then got denied? Any time a referral is denied an explanation is given; do you recall the reason for yours?
