Please help!

I have a 1g data booster. I have only used 106.05mb and I was sent a txt saying I used 1/2 data. Then no data? Yet I still have 950mb and can't use it. I waited 45mins to talk to a rep. Then was disconnected. Please help!

hi Peter,

Have you checked your selfserve and see if the baseplan was active? you need to maintain the baseplan to use the booster.

If everything was ok in your selfserve, I would suggest you restart the phone, or/and reset the network settings and see if it could help.

Where are you seeing you have used only 106.5 MB? If on your phone, it may reset each month, giving you an inaccurate count.

Phone re-set date is arbitrary, doesn't automatically match your baseplan, which is 30 calendar days, not one calendar month.

I did a restart didn't work the first time. Then I added another $50.00 to my booster. Acct is active and current. Still didn't work... Did a phone restart. Then it worked. Basically wasted another $50.00

The booster will still be there when you need it. Not exactly a waste of $50, just an earlier purchase than planned.
