I have been with a different phone carrier since August 2015. I am Still receiving KOODO Bills with Zero Balances..However as far as my credit report shows I have an open account with Koodo. How can I fix this?

Call Koodo direct. We have no access to any customer files here. The only way to close your account is either to port your number or call in. You can't do it online.
