Please advise the status of this order, hfo19390818. I am worried as I have not receive a tracking number. I was told in by a koodo store rep I should receive my sim card within 3 days from when I placed the order. My current public mobile plan will end in 3 business days. Do I still need to port my number once I receive the sim or was it automatically done since my number was validated? When can I get an account number so I can sign up on self serve as I would like to pre order a S9+ on tab for the $150 credit promo. What are my options if I do not receive my sim card before my plan lapse? Please help.
