Please advise order status

Please advise the status of this order, hfo19390818. I am worried as I have not receive a tracking number. I was told in by a koodo store rep I should receive my sim card within 3 days from when I placed the order. My current public mobile plan will end in 3 business days. Do I still need to port my number once I receive the sim or was it automatically done since my number was validated? When can I get an account number so I can sign up on self serve as I would like to pre order a S9+ on tab for the $150 credit promo. What are my options if I do not receive my sim card before my plan lapse? Please help.

Hi Momo - your order was received on the Mar. 7 and is in queue to be processed.
Typically, online orders are processed in 3-5 business days. However, given the huge spike in online orders this week due to recent promotions, our processing times are sitting at approx. 10 business days. Once the order is processed, you will receive an email confirming activation - with your phone number and account number, along with info. on how to set up your self serve account, and tracking info. fro your order. 

With regards to the port, if you specified that you'd like to keep your number during activation, it will be completed once the account is activated. If not, you'll need to port in once the line has been activated - you can do so right in self serve, using this link

If the account does not get activated before your current top-up expires, your line will still remain active for a period of time, but in order to continue using your phone, you will need to top-up.

Just to confirm, you are saying I do not need to top up, and even after my current plan is due I can still bring my current pm telephone number to koodo?

Also does this mean if I do not get an account number by Mar 15 due to the delay then I cannot participate in the preorder s9+ $150 credit promo?

I'm afraid that it might be complicated for you to get the offer if you do not have a current account with Koodo. I'm sure there's a way though.

so I am still waiting for sim card and email from koodo. just wondering, when I finally receive them and activate online, will koodo still honour the $100.00 referral credit since i placed my order on Mar 7? thank you!
