Please adjust bill

Our bill was way out lof line the last two months and I am not able to reach anybody to help adjust pricing I feel i have been robbed My husband was in an accident and the bill was 4 times what it should have been NO alerts and NO contact with a human being so I can have this problem adjusted We feel we deserve a refund and cant talk to anyone The kiosk in Newmarket is absolutely no help and rude Because of the accident we have not been able to reach the Barrie kiosk where we usually deal but I understand they wont help

When bills are higher than expected is because something that is not included on the plan was used...

Did you check your bill details? is it airtime? Data?

Log into your Self Serve account to detailed bill...

Also, call early in the monrning (9AM) so that you get to speak to an agent with less waiting time.
