I'm looking at a new plan it has 200 min and then it says doesn't include Canada anytime minutes, what does this mean exactly?

Meaning that if you call from Montreal, QC to Toronto, ON. You'll be paying roaming charges at 0,50$/min

No, you'll be paying long distance charges. Koodo doesn't charge roaming in Canada and that's not roaming.

With that new plan mentioned above, would family calls from Toronto-Montreal still be charged as LD or would they be included?
