I have 2 gb of data but it doesn't work, called koodo and they said that the data is blocked?

What do you mean it's blocked, did you request a data block from Koodo? Then you will have to ask them to unblock data. If it's your phone, make sure data is enabled.

Go to self serve and see if you have the data block add on.  You should be able to remove it from there.

Of if you have data turned off on the phone you can toggle that back on.

The old data block required calling in for removal. Has this been changed?

Hi Hayley - I see that you called in earlier and following the call were able to remove the feature through self-serve. Is that correct? Has the issue been resolved now?
